He joins Synectics from Hach Ultra Analytics, where he was Service Manager for the UK and Ireland. Sarah Smith joins the projects team in the newly created role of Projects Administrator. She will be providing support to the Projects Engineers, dealing with the day-to-day activities and acting as the critical point of contact and co-ordination for project customers. A leading developer and manufacturer of innovative and integrated security systems, Synectics, a subsidiary of the Quadnetics Group, is enhancing its customer care operation under the leadership of Managing Director, Azadar Shah. Azadar Shah comments: “Customer service lies at the very heart of our organisation, we have invested in these two key roles as part of our aim to ensure we achieve the highest standards for our customers.” In addition, Synectics has grown its sales team considerably with the appointment of two Business Development Managers, Martin Woodhouse and Akaash Kumar, and Mark Horton as International Sales Manager. Azadar explained: “It’s an exciting time – these appointments demonstrate Synectics’ commitment to meeting the needs of our customers and to continue the growth in our business. Although we are operating in tough economic conditions, we feel strongly that continuing to invest in providing the right customer experience is critical. Indeed, these appointments are just one of a number of initiatives we are launching in order to continue delivering above and beyond the expectations of our customers.” PR contact For press information, please contact: Natalie Simpson Marketing Manager, Synectics T: +44 (0)114 2552509 E: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
